Child care facilities are strongly encouraged to continue implementing layered prevention strategies to reduce the risk of COVID and all communicable diseases in child care settings. Promoting vaccination, ensuring families of children and staff know to stay home when they are sick, hygiene and cleaning all remain critical tools to slow the spread and lower the risk of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases in child care and communities. 

Hearts for Children know we have what is precious to you so we have implemented various security practices such as restricted access to the building, visitor sign-in procedures, and secure locks on all doors and windows.

1. The building is equipped with surveillance cameras that monitor all areas of the premises, including the entrances, and common areas.
2. Hearts for Children has implemented several safety protocols that have been put in place, such as emergency response plans, regular safety drills, and trained staff who are able to handle emergencies effectively.
3. Parents will be keep informed, so they can see what is happening in the building at any time and be reassured of their child's safety.
4. All this equipment and protocols are regularly maintained to ensure they are functioning optimally, and any issues are addressed promptly
