Procare also provides the ability to send newsletters and to keep families aware of calendars and upcoming events. Procare can send emails and text messages to families, keeping everyone abreast of activities associated with their child.

With Procare, contactless check-in and pick-up is efficient with the use of GPS-enabled technology or QR codes for certain situations. Families have instant access to information about their child and can easily view and update family and authorized pick-up information.

Parents can digitally sign and store important documents all in one place with Procare’s eDocuments feature. This feature enables a center or school to send and manage documents online, including enrollment contracts, incident reports and permission slips. Convenient reminders can be sent to review and digitally sign documents, removing the need to print documents to sign.
